Shot Blasting
Shot blasting is the most cost effective and time efficient way to remove debris from concrete. This process strips, cleans, and profiles the concrete simultaneously. This form of floor preparation is environmentally friendly as the contaminants are contained into a dust collector and the steel shot is recycled. This leaves the job site clean after we are done. The surface is immediately ready for coatings or overlays to be applied, leaving your concrete dry and chemical free. Blasting opens the pores of the concrete for new, thin coatings and leaves an aggressive profile so that the new floor will bond properly.
