As of January 2008, Lift Off Floor Removal became a fully owned subsidiary of Holmes Incorporated. Founded in 1990 as Ted Holmes Construction, Holmes Incorporated is a family-owned and operated business. We have accumulated over 20 years of hands-on experience, specializing in new home construction, remodels, and light commercial construction. We are skilled in all aspects of production, including: pre-construction planning, estimating, bidding, scheduling, and on-site management. Our reputable performance has resulted in many long-standing client relationships.

Lift Off Floor Removal began as a partnership between Ted Holmes Construction and the owner’s son, Tim Holmes, in June 2005. We have continuing relationships with many flooring, construction, and floor installation companies in Northern California and West Nevada. We are proudly committed to integrity, excellence, and personal customer service. With skill and dedication, we strive to please our clients and representatives.
